Shipping and Returns
No returns on sale and international goods. Free shipping over R2000 only in South Africa, under R2000 within Cape Town R70 and National will be R135. Once payment is received, goods will be sent out via SFS courier. Waybill reference number will be sent to you in order for you to track your parcel. Parcel should reach you within 10 days(longest) of payment. Depending if you are in an outlining area or central. Please do consider special Religious holidays as this does have an effect on delivery as well. On Receipt of the parcel, If the product is not to your satisfaction , kindly contact us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear reason for the return. We will only accept returned goods with all labelling and in a perfect condition. We will have the parcel collected by SFS couriers. On receipt of parcel we will refund your purchase in full.

- We will instruct SFS courier to collect the next day after your call. The parcel will be collected with a bag and the address on it. (no need for you to do anything)
- The parcel could take between 2 to 4 days for us to receive in Cape Town.
- On receipt of parcel
- We will instruct PAY FAST to reimburse you via your credit card.
- This could take between 7 and 10 days for the funds to be in your account.
- PLEASE ALLOW A TOTAL OF 17 days before you have the funds back into your account.
